Have to say the best decision we made was to move to this company. Their staff in the call centre couldn't have been any more understanding. My direct debit bounced as my card had expired. Called me and I explained the issue. Paid them when the new card came. They also called me to let me know one of my batteries had gone on my back door sensor. I'd of had no idea only they called me to tell me. With them just over 3 years now. Offered a very fair price as well when I was out of contract despite Phonewatch trying to get me to go back to them. Should be 6 stars!!!
Been with HomeSecure since 2017. From the start to the present they have been exceptional. Customer service is second to none, and the response time from Chubb monitoring is excellent. Service calls are prompt and the engineers are highly skilled at their work, and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend HomeSecure enough.
