Switched over from Phonewatch and haven't looked back. Customer services are a dream to deal with and technical support was extremely efficient (Thanks to Matt Leahy). Couldn't recommend them more highly. If Carlsberg did home security it would be called HomeSecure!

Can't recommend homesecure enough. Lovely company to deal, who offer great deals. The installation was completely painless, and the company were more than happy to find a time to suit us for the install. The alarm system itself is great, having the app on my phone gives great piece of mind, no more questioning did I turn the alarm on??? I can just check my app and turn it on remotely if I did forget. The monitoring service also works perfectly well, as tested when there was a power cut in our house! All in all, would highly recommend!
Just got my alarm in today. Wow it's brilliant to think that such a small box can secure you home. The work carried out was brilliant by Ray and left the place very tidy and talked me through everything. I'm so glad I have this in as it will give me more piece of mind. From start to finish couldn't of been more helpful. The customer service team are fantastic the engineer was very helpful explained everything to me he was very neat and tidy. I am very happy with my alarm system my children and I feel safe now leaving the house. Also when alarm goes off they are very quick are contacting you. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I have to say that I rang home secure by mistake I actually thought I was ringing phonewatch but it was the best mistake I've made yet. Jack who I spoke to couldn't be more helpful and friendly also he's so professional at what he does. Dermot brown came to my house to do the install what a professional engineer he is he couldn't be more nice and friendly. homesecure are a much better company than phonewatch by a mega mile. Thanks again to all at homesecure u have made me and my family much more at ease knowing we have a top notch security system .
Used Home Secure to install an alarm for my elderly Mother. From Start to Finish Dealing with Lawrence and the guys at the office along with Derek the engineer, they were really professional and gave me all options. This will give me and my family peace of mind in the long run. Hopefully going forward there are no major issues.
