Recently contacted Homesecure as our old alarm gave up and went into retirement without notice, although it had been threatening to take off for a long time!. Got talking to Sean who is such a pleasant person to deal with. Sean was immediately interested in my ramblings! and eager to advise and suggest the best option for us. Every question was answered fully. Within a few mins we were sorted and had an install date. Wille, the engineer who came to install the alarm arrived a little ahead of scheduled arrival time which was fantastic. He was exceptionally neat and tidy and super efficient. He had a great manner about him and it was a pleasure having him in our home for the hour or so it took to install. Willie made sure I was 100% confident with the usage instructions before he left. I was putting off getting a monitored / new alarm for a very very long time due to cost and inconvenience etc however the HomeSecure team have completely dispelled any reservations I had. I can't believe I waited so long. I would absolutely encourage anyone thinking of upgrading or getting a new installation to get on to the guys in HomeSecure. I am with homesecure a couple of months and the service is 1st class, from customer support to chubb alarm monitoring, panic alarm is a great feature also, the alarm system is 10/10.
if your considering getting this alarm system is, then i would recommend homesecure, not only have you the confidence of an alarm but also of someone on the other end of a phone.
Getting my alarm fitted Monday. Only had to wait two days. Very professional guy on phone explaining everything to me. No up front payments. Forty euros monthly. Very happy I choose this company. Very helpful. Now I will feel safe in my home. Thank you home secure alarms. Very happy customer
