From the sales team to customer service they were on the ball from the word go. I ended up getting the alarm system fitted two days before date I had received from company. Great service. I had this installed in my parents house years ago and recently had an upgrade. So easy to use and response team are so quick to call if there's any irregular activity. Highly recommend. From the initial phone call to the very patient installation guy everything has been really well managed. I have the app on my phone too so I can see when my older parents set the alarm at night and deactivate in the morning. Great piece of mind.

I filled in a quotation request online and within 10 mins Ryan called me and ran through what the offer was and more importantly the price. Then we received an email with the details and initial quotation. When we decided to go ahead I contacted Ryan again and completed the order. Everything was well laid out and we were contacted immediately by the fitting crew and had the alarm fitted within 3 days of our first contact with Home Secure. Unfortunately I could not be present for the fitting so my wife handle everything from that point. Dermot arrived on time to fit the alarm and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He spent time explaining the working of the alarm and helped set up the mobile app which is a great feature. Overall our experience with Home Care form the star to the fitting has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Looking forward to have a secure and responsive alarm provided for the next foreseeable future.
Have to say from start to finish I found Home Secure an excellent choice to get installed into my home.
