Just off the phone to a rep called Jamie. He rang me on Monday after I expressed interest in their system via social media. He went through what equipment I'd need to cover my home and as promised, rang back today after I had spoken to my partner about it. Today, during the call he came up with a revised package which was even better than we had spoken about earlier on in the week. I got everything organised over the phone with Jamie and even though my schedule for installation wasn't clear cut as I'm renovating, he made it clear that their scheduling team would tailor a time date that would suit me best come the new year. As I said to Jamie, If his companies service is anywhere near as good as their customer service, I'll be happy !
I must say homesecure is an excellent choice for a monitored 24 hour alarm system. From start to finish it was plain sailing. Jason fitted the alarm he was extremely helpful explaining how it worked, he did a very neat job a gentleman for sure. The phone app is brilliant as well. 100% satisfied with it.
This alarm system is great from our enquiry to installation we were kept and informed all the way. Our installation was great from start to finish and everything was explained so clearly on all the controls. They answer everything you ask and the system is the best out there. And The monitoring is 100% responsive as promised. So easy to use with the app and the system is very modern looking. No hesitation in recommending them.
We like the professionalism of the company. That within seconds of your alarm being activated (often accidentally) you get a call and they insist on probing to find out if you really are okay! Also that after installation of the alarm, the guy left our house tidy-no mess. Obliging, pleasant, easy to deal with company.
We purchased the Home Secure alarm system and had it installed yesterday. We are delighted with it, easy to operate and everything was explained to us by the installer of the system.
