As part of a number of planned upgrades to our service you will now receive alarm notifications from our monitored Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via a new 01 number.

It is vitally important that you save this number to your phone or contact book and always endeavour to answer calls from our ARC, particularly when you are out of the home.

Other upgrades to our service will include enhance SMS services to notifying you of missed calls from our ARC or notifications of false alerts at your home.
