Thank you again for choosing HomeSecure to Protect Your World and for your patience and understanding as we wait service or install your system. We wanted to provide you with an update of where we currently stand.

Throughout this lockdown we have continued to provide 24/7 monitoring and our customer care team are fully resourced to ensure that our customers’ needs are always met.

However, in response to the measures announced in late march the Private Security Authority of Ireland (PSA) issued guidance which confirmed that all non-essential services, including the installation of new security systems, must be place on hold. This measure was in place for a 12 week period and will end June 8th.

When do we expect to recommence new customer installations?

We are now ready to recommence new customer installations under the HSE and PSA guidelines from Monday June 8th.

How will I know when by appointment can be booked in?

We are currently working through our installations list and will contact you directly to agree a date and time to visit your home. Rest assured we have all the stock and engineers in place to meet our current demand and will have all new customers secured in a matter of weeks.

All appointments will happen on a first come first served basis so please keep an eye out for a call from our scheduling team on 014851740.

Both yours and the safety of our engineers are our priority

We will be taking a number of new precautions before entering any customers home. Our scheduling team will contact you in advance to ensure it is safe to enter your home i.e. that there is no active or suspected case of Covid-19 and that no one in the home is in the vulnerable category. Our Engineers will also verify these points and prior to arriving at your home they will complete a full handwashing and equipment sanitising protocols.

All necessary PPE will be utilised and our engineers will wipe down all work areas and remove any packaging used on the day. Before departing they will confirm you’re completely satisfied with their work and sanitising practice.

What do I need to do to help?

On the day our engineer will explain all the areas of your home they will need access prior to commencing their work. All we need from you is to enable them to do their work without direct contact with you. At all time you should keep your social distance of 2 meters and if possible, stay in a separate room to the work they are presently working in.
