How does the water leak detector work? 
The detector has four pairs of contacts on the underside. As soon as water touches any of them, it immediately notifies the hub and triggers an alarm.
Can it integrate with my HomeSecure alarm system?
Yes the water leak detector connects wirelessly with your Ajax hub, allowing it to send instant alerts to both your HomeSecure app and our alarm monitoring team.
How long do the batteries last?
Our water leak detectors are powered by two CR2 batteries that can last up to 5 years without replacement.

All of our work is certified by EQA (Ireland), the independent certification body [European Quality Agency] which covers electronic security systems and alarm monitoring. We are Licenced with the Private Security Authority (PSA licence 00638) and comply with SR 40: 2005 and EN 50131, the relevant European quality standards for electronic intruder alarm installations.
