Prepare for your installation
Thank you for joining HomeSecure. We’ll shortly be arriving to your home to install our wireless security system. To help speed up the process for yourself and to get full a demonstration for all your apps, we recommend downloading your apps in advance of your installation. We’ve linked the three different apps below.
HomeSecure – We Protect
Never worry about forgetting to set your alarm ever again. You can now check the status of the alarm and and arm / disarm it from anywhere in the world. Get notified every time the app is armed or disarmed, so you’ll know if your kids have come home from school on time.
Your app also comes with a panic button which will alert our monitoring station that you need emergency assistance, other app users, associated with you account.
The engineer will show you how to use your app on the day of your installation. You’ll also have step by step instructions in your welcome pack.
HomeVision: EZVIZ Camera
You can now get a live stream of your home sent directly to your phone. Whether you want to use it as a Nanny Cam or see what your pets get up to when you’re not home. This handy smart camera has two way audio and will alert you with a notification if it detects motion. This camera has a 360 horizontal view and simply runs off your Wi-Fi. Plug it in and you’re ready to go!
